Qbox is one of the fastest growing QuickBooks desktop collaboration tools but many users don’t realize that you can also share additional file types through Qbox including Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, Access Databases, PowerPoint slide shows, and various image files. (PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs…)
With the release of the new Qbox Explorer, which is the simplified access point/window for all folders/files being shared through Qbox, it is now much simpler to administer your shared files. The new functions include;
- The ability to “drag and drop” a new file into a Qbox shared folder
- Option to add more than one file at a time
- Functionality for deleting a folder and multiple files at once
- Simplified access to features and all shared files
